Prior to founding Top Tier Bakes I had a high paced career in Healthcare Service Management. However, after having my two beautiful children I decided to pursue my passion of cake artistry and baking which not only gives me great fulfillment but allows me the flexibility around my family life that I longed for.
I have trained as a Patisserie Chef, completed my Professional Chef NVQ2 and continue to take part in further training to keep up to date with the baking trends, learning new techniques.
I like to add the small details to my cakes and to go big on flavour. No one wants to receive an outstanding cake design for it to fall short in the flavour and crumb!
So here I am, Cake Artist and Baker, with an eye for detail and a passion for everything sweet!
